The director of risk policy will be responsible for structuring, implementing and monitoring a new risk framework to keep up with evolving financial regulations. The risk frame work will be implemented in all the areas of the bank, thus the ability to work well with a variety of key players and groups is vital. In order to be successful in this role you will need top risk skills, be a large view thinker, be able to put large scale plans together and deliver results.
