Director Commodity Trade Finance Relationship Manager: "Hands on role covering non-grain softs within the US for an international investment bank
Responsibilities:
• Origination and Structuring of Trade Finance lending
• Product areas include : coffee, cocoa, cotton, sugar, juice, soybean
• Ability to assess new markets/products and identify potential opportunities in existing portfolio
• Prepare all related credit analysis and credit application documents for credit committee
• Oversee portfolio of non-listed companies including review of financial performance, compliance, collateral, contract negotiations
• Effectively cross sell bank products, liaising with DCM, Loan Syndications, Hedging/Trading
Requirements:
• 8+ years relationship management experience within commodities finance and/or asset backed transactions
• Broad Agricultural / Soft commodity sector knowledge
• Excellent Origination and marketing skills
• Must have Credit Analysis & Legal documentation negotiation skills
• Formal Credit Training a plus
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
• Bachelor’s / Masters degree required
